Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the contractual relationship between TranscriLive and its customers for the provision of real-time transcription and translation services.

2. Services

TranscriLive provides real-time transcription and instant translation services. Transcriptions are performed in real time, by default without recording or storing audio data (unless the customer explicitly enables an export; in hosted SaaS mode, streams pass through the platform for the duration of processing). Available features depend on the plan chosen by the customer.

3. Pricing and Payment

Our prices are stated in euros (€) and exclusive of taxes. Payment can be made by:

• Credit or debit card
• Bank transfer
• SEPA direct debit (upon agreement)

4. Term and Termination

Subscriptions are taken out for a fixed term depending on the chosen plan. The customer may cancel their subscription at any time with 30 days' notice.

5. Liability

TranscriLive is committed to providing a high-quality service. However, transcription accuracy may vary depending on audio quality, accents and context. We cannot be held liable for transcription errors in difficult audio conditions.

6. Intellectual Property

The customer retains all rights to the transcribed content. By default TranscriLive keeps no audio data, as transcriptions are performed in real time without recording (unless the customer explicitly enables an export). TranscriLive retains the rights to its technology, software and platform.

7. Governing Law

These T&Cs are governed by Monegasque law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Monaco.
